This is a HR operations-focused role with a specialisation in Payroll and HR Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support end-to end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, in compliance with local tax and labour laws
- Maintain and update complete and accurate employee data in the in-house payroll system and employee listings
- Support preparation and filing of required payroll reports, payroll journals and tax filings
- Prepare HR-related letters and provide feedback to keep letter templates updated with changes to HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support HR operations and payroll related audits
- Assist in administrative support for benefits and HR related matters
- Respond to employee queries in a timely manner
- Keep abreast with payroll regulatory changes in and ensure compliance with the new regulations

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Admin/Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of working experience in payroll & HR operations, but fresh graduates with an interest in HR Operations/Payroll are welcomed to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must (Particularly Excel and Word)
- Meticulous, structured, and reliable
- A team player and possess a customer-focused attitude

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
