*Key Responsibilities* *1. Operational Management:*
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the elder home.
- Ensure the facility meets health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure optimal care delivery. *2. Staff Supervision:*
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Address any personnel issues or conflicts promptly and effectively. *3. Resident Care:*
- Ensure residents receive high-quality care and services.
- Monitor care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Address any concerns or complaints from residents or their families. *4. Administrative Duties:*
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance. *5. Customer Service:*
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families about care plans, changes, and updates.
- Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all residents and visitors. *6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:*
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure standards are met. *Qualifications* *Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred. *Experience:*
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or elder care setting.
- Experience in managing staff and overseeing operations in a residential care facility. *Skills:*
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of elder care regulations and best practices. *Working Conditions*
- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work.
- The role involves regular interaction with elderly residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
