**Job Title**: Sales Manager.

**Salary**:RM15,000.00/ month + KPI + Commision**

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in related fields

**Working Hour**: Mon - Sat 7.30am - 5.30pm

**Reports to**: General Manager & Sales Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives within the assigned area
- Manage and optimize sales territories, ensuring full coverage and efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on sales results to senior management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Conduct thorough market trend analysis within the designated area to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and industry shifts

**Requirement**:

- Atleast 5 years’ experience in sales management, have strong sense of purpose.
- Rich experience in foreign trade and able to complete task assigned by the company on time.
- Strong ability to develop customers
- Adapting to long -term business trips have the advantages of hard work and good character.

**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
