**Job Responsibilities/Requirements**
- the project teams/responsible stakeholders are aware of the process and systems usage
- regular input from project teams/stakeholders to ensure talent pipelining of the relevant competencies/skill sets to reduce time to provide a qualified sub contractor to the client
- source and attract sub contractors and/or employees to work for our Client - liaise with Sales, Marketing and the business to ensure adverts are on brand and making use of any referral processes
- sub-contractors are assessed for technical and behavioural competency to meet the needs of the project
- the reliance on third party agencies, by increasing the direct hires.
- to internal processes and policies e.g. GDPR, ABC
- and roll out opportunities to strengthen our Client's brand where appropriate
- up to date on relevant legislative changes that might impact on the processes e.g. IR35 in the UK
- negotiate, issue and manage contracts with 3rd party suppliers and independent inspectors to ensure the best rate for our Client to service our Client’s needs and safeguard the project margin.

**Technical / Professional Requirements**
- degree or equivalent from an organisation recognised by our Client or significant experience on the job in a global organisation.
- background in **contractor recruitment and contracting**:

- and **credible communication style**, with ability to adapt when needed
- to work to tight deadlines, under pressure maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- in **MS office is essential.**:

- skills and willingness to negotiate.
- relevant working experience in project or inspection coordination activity

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Contract Staffing: 3 years (preferred)
- Oil & Gas Industry: 3 years (required)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): 2 years (preferred)
- Global Recruitment: 4 years (required)
- End to End Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
