Pre-sales Consultant

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing clients to showcase the features and capabilities of our products.
- Collaborate with customers, product management, and sales teams to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with the optimal functional solution.
- Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and matching them with the features and functionalities offered by our solutions.
- Offer technical pre-sales support and consultancy to the sales team, providing insights into product capabilities and benefits.
- Effectively communicate solutions architecture to customers, third parties, and project teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the successful closure of sales opportunities, leveraging technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on existing products, identify areas for improvement, and contribute insights for the development of new products.
- Explore potential new markets or clients based on a deep understanding of our products/services and their target users.
- Conduct training sessions on our solutions and provide ongoing product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the immediate manager or superior, contributing to the overall success of the sales and pre-sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- A minimum of a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, professional certificate or related field of study is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English - verbally and written.
- Experience in sales & presales functions is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
