Requirements:

- SPM or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Care, friendly, dedicated, like to interact with people
- Able to communicate well in English, BM. Mandarin language is an advantage.

Responsibility:

- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the centre
- Answer incoming phone calls friendly
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Coordinating and managing customer appointment
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
- Entering and updating client records
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Location: Puchong, Cheras, PJ, Subang

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
