- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise

- Provide excellent customer service
- Caring, friendly, dedicated and like to interact with people
- Able to communicate well in English and BM. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibility:

- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the centre
- Answer incoming phone calls timely and in friendly manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy clean and presentable
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Coordinating and managing customer appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
- Entering and updating client records
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
