- Ability to work in a high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employee or customers.

What will be your job responsibilities?

**OVERVIEW**:
Support and manage buyer/seller enquiries and escalations in a proper manner. We need an individual who is strong in decision making and has soft skills and competencies to manage our customers.

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to online shopping platform & e-commerce platform.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals.

Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality - keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.

Location : Menara Public Bank, Raja Chulan

Expected Start Date: 26/02/2024

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
