**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Approach and build clients pipelines to promote Balak's products and leads to sales closing.
- ⁠Identify and engage with new dealers to create sales opportunities.
- ⁠Closely follow up with client on orders and create sales opportunities to increase conversion rate.
- Client servicing (Stock arrangement, stock take, stock update, handling end user objection regularly)
- Build and maintain good relationship with potential / existing clients and provide information about the products.
- Design & communicate promotion with consignment/outright store
- ⁠Assist and be a team member for exhibitions/ events.
- Planning and arranging the whole process of booth exhibition including liaising with exhibition organiser, manpower planning and booth setup.
- Build relationship with exhibition organiser (To find out more about marketing spend to promote a specific exhibition).
- Assist in designing booth promotion & mechanism.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Others or equivalent.
- Preferable with 2 - 3 years experiences in Sales or any related field.
- Knowledge of market research and able to analyse the latest market trend to attract clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with clients.
- Sales-driven mindset individual in working towards target / KPI.
- Have own transportation
- This position will be based at _Kuala Lumpur_, and is **required to attend to office located at Juru, Penang at least once a month** for team meeting and report on activities.

**Working mode**:

- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Saturday, 9am - 1pm

**Working location**:

- KL (WFH) & Penang
