Front Office Assistant

Maintain a positive attitude and good personal hygiene and appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, members, guests and staff, including answering questions about golf course.
- Be knowledgeable of Austin Heights Golf Club's programs, services and fees as well as programs, lessons and events.
- Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate financial records, complete daily sales reports and bank deposits.
- Be familiar with the golf software. Maintain accurate and up to date information. Assist in Golf Shop inventory, maintenance and restocking.
- Receive and route incoming calls, perform routine office support functions and maintain appearance and cleanliness of facility.
- Others task assigned by the management.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
