Associate / Consultant - Company Secretarial

To provide high level client support in company secretarial matters
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of resolution and all documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities.
- To liaise with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities
- Maintain and update the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies General Meetings, General Meetings etc., preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Provisions of advisory services related to company secretarial matters.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- ICSA qualification or finalists or still pursuing ICSA course.
- At least 3 years working experience in company secretarial matters.
**Specific Job Requirement**:
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS - Conversant with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, pleasant personality and a great team player
- Must be meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and pro-active
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
