**Responsibilities**
- Paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada ads);
- Content creator related to the ads (copywriting, ads design & video production;
- Undertake any e-commerce project especially related to e-commerce sales conversion and platform upgrade that will reduce human intervention;
- Maintain upgrade & solve problems regarding e-commerce platform (website, blog, landing page, Shopee & payment method);
- Entertain customer enquiries from the e-commerce platform (website, Shopee & Lazada);
- Design customer journey for every campaign and execute the campaign through ads;
- Run, monitor & do conversion rate optimisation for marketing campaigns such as Facebook ads, Google search and display ads, YouTube ads, TikTok ads,
- Build sales page/ landing page/ squeeze page using WordPress;
- Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase the team’s effectiveness against marketing goals;
- Manage collaboration between brand, celebrity & influencer;
- Monitor stock level for the main website,
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management;
**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree holder in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication/IT or relevant business-related.
- Demonstrable experience as an E-commerce;
- Knowledgeable about consumer preferences
- Unrivalled organisational, teamwork and quality assurance skills
- Phenomenal market research skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating e-commerce channels (preference given to Lazada, Shopee).
- Superb data analysis and report writing abilities
- A sticker for precision, creativity and excellence
- Eager about the role of technology in promoting business
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
