Brandit is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and secure new client accounts through outbound sales efforts, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase Brandit's digital marketing solutions and value proposition.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduate or Part-time students may apply.

**Compensation**:
For the first two months, this position offers a high commission-based pay structure, with uncapped earning potential based on successful client acquisitions. Following the successful acquisition of four clients within the initial two-month period, the Business Development Representative will transition to a compensation package that includes a combination of commission and a competitive base salary.

**Salary**: RM40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
