Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource or Administrative
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms in the system.
- Assist in the recruitment proses: screen resumes, coordinate interview arrangement.
- Assist in implementing and creating HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process expenses claims, medical claims.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Participate in organizing company events
- Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities.
- Office and administrative responsibilities.
