Assistant HR Manager

Implement HR policies, procedures and programs and ensure staff compliance
- Work closely with Singapore Office on key HR matters.
- Facilitate the entire employment process from recruitment to resignation for all staff; including selection, recruitment, induction, asset issuance, staff confirmation, taxation, exit interview, etc.
- Handle all individual staff taxation submissions monthly
- Identifying Training Requirements & preparing Training budget
- Conduct interview for disciplinary cases
- To handle company and staff welfare
- Overseas expansion and Administrate Overseas Travel Applications for business trips
- Perform payroll function (salary & bonus processing) for staff on a monthly basis - checking
- Improve the current HR policies and ensure we meet Malaysia Labour law compliance
- Provide sound HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and employment laws
- Conduct Performance Appraisals twice a year for all staff
- Handle employee enquiries on HR Matter
- Any other duties assigned by HR Manager
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
