Key responsibilities:
- Provide support in recruitment activities of contractors
- Liaise with agencies for selecting contractors and issuing contracts.
- Validate, review the Letters of Agreement for contractors before approval and signature.
- Assist with managing and maintaining contractors account in multiple platform/system within the Organization (staff on arrival, extensions and on separation)
- Collect, check, validate, record monthly invoices with precision and attention to details to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Administer renewal, extensions of contractors in a timely manner.
- Ensure contractor performance evaluations are conducted in a timely manner for extensions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
- Perform other related duties as required.
Functional knowledge & skills:
- Sound communication skills and fluency in English - good written and oral communications.
- Resilience - maintaining a positive attitude when faced with challenges and obstacles.
- Detail -oriented with good analytical skill and ability to work with numbers accurately and efficiently especially Microsoft Excel
- Committed with a pro-active, can-do attitude.
- A team player with a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and good organizational skill.
Requirements (experience and education):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR with completion of secondary school education or
- 4 years with first level university degree or
- 3 years with relevant advanced level university degree
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM3,520.00 per month
