Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, activities, and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate communication.

Onboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and other departments to ensure all necessary onboarding tasks are completed.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.

Retention:

- Collaborate with management to identify factors influencing employee retention and develop retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs to recognize and reward employee contributions.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance or information.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement and retention preferred. (1-2 years)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
