**About the Role.**

Hence it is imperative that this job role provides support in terms of effectively managing the expectations of clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as drive vealth.me's ambitious revenue and profit growth targets.

As _**Telemarketing Representative **_our primary responsibilities will include:

- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Answer potential clients’ questions about improvement projects or goals.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all time.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

**About You.**

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills a must;
- Experience working with multiple products and services;
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure;
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree or at least 2 years in College;
- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience;
- Confident and polished hone prospecting skills required;
- 1-2 years’ experience in Outbound Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or in related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad, Commission

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
