**About the Role.**
This role required providing truly customer centric service and market leading consultative solutions is incorporated in AZEO. Hence it is imperative that this job role provides support in terms of effectively managing the expectations of clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as drive vealth.me's ambitious revenue and profit growth targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Answer potential clients’ questions about improvement projects or goals.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all time.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
**About You.**
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills; Communication skills;
- Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions;
- Has a strong work ethic, proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, reliable, and someone who has the ability to honor commitment;
- Experience in telemarketing/cold calling will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of organizing your routine efficiently
