Telemarketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible to plan and implement the sales strategies, provide leadership to the sales team in achieving defined sales and profit targets set, identify/monitor new opportunities and markets for continuous business growth, and build strong client-focused relationship.
- Achieve growth and sales targets through strategic planning and execution and successfully managing and motivating the sales team.
- Strategize, design and execute plans to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide support to ensure success.
- Manage the full business development cycle - from sourcing to pitching and closing sales with focused effort and strategy.
- Responsible for generating new client database - by conducting research and performing outdoor activities or visitations to identify new business leads and potential customers.
- Gather market information, analyze and turn data and information into potential business opportunities.
- Build strong business relationships with clients by adding value to their business. Use a variety of sales and marketing techniques to connect and build the relationship.
- Talk and engage with clients to understand and identify their needs so that the appropriate solutions can be proposed and marketed.
- Use innovative approaches to market and position YYC and its services in the market, differentiating YYC from its competitors.
- Coach and develop the team with the required competencies to excel.
- Continuously keep abreast of market development, regulatory requirements and new developments in the professional services industry to enhance sales and marketing initiatives and focus.
**Job Requirement**:
- Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience (2 years of experience in managerial role).
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - corporate or equivalent.
- With strong belief and discipline to conduct role play with teammates and conduct daily power call.
- Consistent in self-improvement and development.
- Broad business awareness and attention to details.
- Strong leadership and ability to build business from scratch.
- Excellent verbal communication and strategic leadership qualities.
- Detailed and organized.
- Strong entrepreneur mind-set. Work well in cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
