- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints

- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- **Must have at least 6 months experience** in **Customer Service/BPO Industry**:

- **Full training provided**
- **Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage**_
