Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:

- Perform regional payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant government regulations.
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies
- Work closely with payroll vendors on the pay transactions and to ensure disburse salary payment within the timeline.
- Verify employees’ claim submission and ensure system interface to payroll accurately.
- Update monthly finance departmental costing.

HRIS Management:

- Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Generate reports and analytics from HRIS for management review.

Benefits Administration:

- Manage HR policies & employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Manage billing from vendor, from checking up to ensuring finance completed the payment

Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to foster a positive work environment.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven at least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Operations Executive or similar role.
- Regional experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- 6-month contract
