Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
2. Order Processing:
- Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
- Resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
3. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any complaints or issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and effective service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
5. Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., warehouse, operation, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding sales activities and performance.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
