Our team provides support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions at Global level. Our team ensures all HR related request are met a high standard turn-around time

As a People Operations Specialist - Arabic Speaker, you will work within the People Operations Team and will be reporting to the People Operations - Team Lead. You will involves providing support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.

As a People Operations Specialist - Arabic Speaker, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions including promotions, salary changes end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment and employee inquiries
- Providing customer service support
- Escalating complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of HR)
- Monitoring team queue in the case management tool and self-assign cases as appropriate and log each query in the case management tool, resolve query/request by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems
- Communicating and sharing processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role
- Have good analytics, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to anlyse complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations
- Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Centre
- Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Have familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
- Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, Neocase, SAP and other HR related tools
