**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
- Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Positive thinker, HR literate with multi-tasking abilities
- Willing to travel, when required
- At least 2 Years of related experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in managing the Manager’s day-to-day administrative and Office Operational matters
- To handle director's personal correspondence & filling
- Manage all director/manager claim, expenses and utilities bills.
- Provide general secretarial duties such as managing meeting schedules, minutes of meeting, maintain diaries, making appointments and administrative matters.
- Responsible for monthly meeting power point slide and presentation.\
- Responsible for production process to make sure employees can systematically perform their tasks
- Responsible for office operation matter for all aspects of facility which include housekeeping, furnishings and arranging furniture within office spaces.
