- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and technical support to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding customer interactions, sales processes, data privacy, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum diploma in marketing, TESL or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer services
- Have excellent / fluent English communication skills

**Working Days**:Tuesday - Sunday

**Working Hours**: 8.00AM- 5.00PM

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:
