**PR & CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE**

The Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Affairs Executive role is fora passionate and enthusiastic go-getter in a fast-paced Agri-tech start-up. This dynamic role is for someone who gets excited to project the ‘face’ and culture of a game-changing impact enterprise, enhancing its brand credibility and investor relations, that positively affect small farmers and national food security.

Works closely across all internal teams (Agronomy, Farm Ops, Sales, Tech) as part of Corporate Affairs & Partnerships team reporting to the Partnerships Lead and the founders directly in handling the overall communications, event activities calendar and related materials.

**Public Relations & Corporate Affairs**
- Supports in developing, executing and managing overall PR, corporate affairs and communications online-to-offline including but not limited to internal and external communications, government relations, investor relations, media relations, community relations and management.
- Supports in navigating and developing government relations and affairs, co-ordinates with government agency officers and other related parties.
- Partners with management across team functions to ensure strategic communication goals are aligned with business initiatives.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Develops content for all communications materials such as press releases, articles, speeches, social media content, videos, eNewsletter, presentation decks/slides, employee handbook, etc.
- Marketing Fefifo (initiatives, solutions, products, values, identity and mission) via external stakeholders engagement across online-to-offline platforms/medium to external audiences and communities.
- Manage corporate data with discretion and confidentiality, also ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing.
- Co-ordinate with partners and suppliers, investors, media, other professional parties and overseas counterparts on corporate affairs and general matters.
- Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the founders.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in PR, journalism, communications related field, or other equivalent industry work experience preferred.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in PR or marketing agency, tech start-ups or companies of related fields in high growth stage.
- Flair for writing is a must, creative, resourceful, meticulous, eager to learn and results-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, written and spoken in both BM and English.
- Good knowledge in designing tools such as Canva/Adobe CS will be an added advantage.
- Planned and managed events, specifically press conferences, media, trade events, etc.
- Expect to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start immediately (preferred) or within short notice.

**Additional Information**
- Full-time / Contract job remuneration up to RM 36,000 - RM 42,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working hours and days in home/office can be arranged.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel within Malaysia (transport allowance/claims provided).

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
