**Purchasing Executive**

**Salary**: RM3500.00 - RM3800.00

**Requirements**:

- With Diploma/Degree education level
- Competence in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- At least have 3 years of related working experience
- Experience in handling import shipments would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Demonstrates a friendly, approachable demeanor, presents themselves professionally, and upholds high standards of honesty and integrity.

**Responsibility**
- Preparation and issuance of purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaison with suppliers, both local and overseas, to manage deliveries and orders efficiently.
- Knowledge of procurement practices is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Responsible for negotiating prices in line with the company's cost-saving objectives.
- Maintenance of accurate records of purchases, quotations, suppliers' information, and relevant documentation.
