Marketing Administrator

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and review proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Manage account opening, information verification, overdue contracts and sending quotation to customers.
- Responsible for document filing and keeps the system’s documentation accurate and up to date.
- Maintain document logs, track revisions, and ensure that all versions of documents are properly stored and maintained.
- Train regional staff on document filing processes and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Applicants must be willing to work travel across Malaysia.
