Learning and Development 1. Monitor various in-house and external training, event programs for all levels of staff. 2. Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all levels of staff. 3. Carry out, maintain and improve training and development to enhance their effectiveness. 4. Monitor HRDF fund and optimize its usage through training implementation. 5. Administer and maintain training records and database, tabulate and analyze the training data for process performance measurement and continuous improvements. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations 1. Responsible for all Employee Relations & Industrial Relations activities for employees, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the best practice on employer and employee relations including all relevant employment laws. 2. Liaise with government offices and agencies about employee-related issues and Malaysian Labour Laws. 3. Responsible to coordinate the disciplinary actions and processes involved in staff within the company. 4. Work closely with operation team at outlets to manage cases referred to HQ. 5. Prepare disciplinary processes related to letters/documents. 6. Conduct internal investigation, counseling sessions, and Domestic Inquiry if needed. Others 1. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. 2. HR Generalist role 3. Assist any Ad-hoc task is given by immediate superior from time to time. 4. Ensure compliance with Flowco and the client’s HSE processes and procedures.
