**Job Overview**:
The Transaction Banking sector is evolving to address contemporary challenges in competition, regulations, and technology. In support of this transformation, the role of the Client Implementation Officer is to oversee the post-sales client onboarding process, ensuring high client satisfaction to optimize cross-selling opportunities and minimize revenue losses. **Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate a smooth client onboarding process after sales handover, covering documentation preparation, collection, negotiation, and review. Manage the registration of products and accounts, with a focus on SMEs.
- Ensure clients are well-prepared to conduct transactions through training, tools, and product/account setup.
- Monitor and uphold quality and SLA fulfillment throughout the end-to-end client implementation process. Drive initiatives and projects for process improvement and enhanced client experience.
- Provide valuable feedback to Product Management regarding current and future product needs of clients.
- Collaborate with Sales for pitch design and resolution of complex sales issues.
- Engage customers during the implementation process for a deeper understanding of current and future needs, aiming to maximize cross-selling opportunities and minimize revenue leakage.
**Required Skills**:
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in an independent work environment.
- Proficient in resolving computer configuration problems, particularly in networking.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (TOEIC 500 or equivalent).
- Benefit from solid Project Management skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (IT).
- Possess at least 1 year of experience, demonstrating familiarity with customer-facing and IT/system-related roles. Proven track record of collaborating with multiple teams and driving organizational change.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, SAP, Oracle will be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
