1. To assist in managing daily clerical or secretarial needs.
- Answer phone calls, take down messages
- Diarise and remind deadlines

2. Provide quality administrative service to the office for smooth daily operations (file management, suppliers, keeping records, checking data)

3. Be responsible to monitor & advice director of schedules & deadlines and assisting in compliance.

Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during interview process. On the job training will be provided.

**Requirements**:
1. Matured and Resourceful

2. Qualification; Diploma holder in secretarial studies or good SPM grades with 3 years of admin office experience can be considered.

3. Hard working with good work attitudes.

4. Able to perform duty under pressure & a team player.

5. Proficient in English

6. Possess enthusiasm

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration / Secretarial: 2 years (preferred)
