**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in any medical or health related field of study
- Possess good communication skills and good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented & disciplined
- At least 1 year of working experience in handling **Guarantee Letter**:
- Able to understanding **doctor's writing & medical term**:
- Willing to work on shifts and on rotation basis
**Responsibilities**:
- To assess and approve the Admission/Discharge case accordance to the Insurance's policy terms and conditions.
- Ensure all the documents received are complete with info that is required for Guarantee Letter (GL) issue.
- Result oriented with a sense of urgency, cooperativeness and eagerness in ensuring efficient teamwork in delivering excellent services to the client.
