Customer Service Executive/ Coordinator

Ensure all customers schedules requirements are met.
- Liaise with customers on delivery schedules.
- Build customer relationships.
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in related studies or equivalent.
- Min 3 yrs experience in precision engineering industry/ Manufacturing Industries.
- Experience in ERP system.
- Good communication skills with good customer service skills.
- Preferable to speak in English & Chines in order to liaise with associates and clients.

- Monday - Thursday: 8am - 6pm
- Friday: 8am - 5pm.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
