Customer Service Executive

- Handle business development and achieve sales target
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy
- Handle customer enquiry and prepare quotations for client
- Perform costing and quotation for new project
- Visit potential customers to prospect for new business
- Maintain positive relationship with existing customers
- Compare market price with competitor
- Prepare monthly customer visit schedule and update KPI
- Handle and submit documents for new customer accounts
