Account & Admin Assistant

Assist in daily operations, including documents processing & data entry.
- Assist in full spectrum of accounting function which include reconciliations AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL generate report and follow up outstanding items-based account.
- Coordinate monthly account closing including supporting schedule and related matters.
- Process payment to suppliers and staff.
- Handling other administrations works.
- Filing, copying and general administrative tasks.
- Manage ad-hoc projects/ duties/ task as assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must have a good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and passion to deliver quality work.
- Detailed and analytical oriented.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
