Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide all types of support as needed by the Group President (GP) in the various areas of GP responsibilities. 2. Attend internal and external meetings with the GP and take confidential notes or minutes, take note of any matters that require actions. 3. Handle all administrative work related to GP. 4. Handle scheduling, coordinate and manage the GP’s calendar to ensure effective use of GP time. 5. Manage travel and accommodation needs of the GP if required to travel or outstation. 6. Manage special projects for the GP and any other tasks as instructed. 7. Act as a liaison between staff and GP for any meeting / discussion date needed. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Management/Office Management/Secretarial/Administrative 2. Prefer more than 2 years working experience 3. Good communication both in English and Malay language 4. Good skills in communicating with people to liaise with staff and stakeholders. 5. Pleasant attitude, proactive and passionate with tasks given.
