Job: Secretary to CEO
performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Maintaining effective records and administration.handle tasks like scheduling appointments, fielding phone calls, and organizing documents, while an executive assistant, apart from these tasks, also deals with higher-level responsibilities such as budget oversight, strategic planning, and decision-making
Pay: RM1,540.04 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
