Work closely with other team members to assure the Chairman's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
- Administrative and functional activities include but are not limited to:
Ø Taking phone calls;
Ø maintaining personal and business files
Ø corporate record keeping for multiple entities
Ø note taking & creating documentation
Ø answer and manage incoming calls
Ø filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma / Degree holder in Secretary Science/ Office Management or equivalent.
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Can translate for bahasa and English
- proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills\
- proven experience of producing correspondence and documents and in information and communication management
- required typing speed
- Preferably can start immediately
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
