JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare proposals for corporate events.
- Understand the requirements for every corporate event.
- Assist in ad/hoc initiatives and projects delegated by management.
- Manage all event details (design, arrangement, decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, etc.).
- Manage and supervise the event on the day of rehearsal, the actual day of the event including coordination with vendors and the team.
- Carry out a final inspection on the day of the event to ensure everything complies with management standards.
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations and report to superiors.
- Complete any tasks assigned by management or superiors.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Event Management / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Have 3 - 4 years of working experience. Experience in handling Corporate Events would be advantageous.
- Can communicate well with clients and can solve problems before and during the day of the ceremony/program.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Able to handle pressure and ability to solve problems.
- Have a driving license: B2 & D / DA.
- Own a transport.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
