Position: Event Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute events, from conception to completion
- Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events
- Manage event staff and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software
