**Position**: Procurement cum Account Executive

**Company**: Edaran Komachi Sdn Bhd

**Location**: Seri Kembangan
- Sourcing of goods, materials, components and services locally and oversea
- Provide support to the team for master data (eg. Vendor master, material master etc) creation and Outline Agreement/Contract creation and signing
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Ensure continuous supply and communicate if there is any supply disruption which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
- Engaged in effective negotiations to improve prices and terms of business with suppliers
- Monitoring supplier effectiveness and continually assessing supplier options
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost and/or improve performance through strategic reviews of product and supplier
- Maintain good knowledge of the supply markets through market research and supplier engagement. Provide reporting as and when required
- Inputting Bernas PO, DO and invoice payable into Autocount accounting system to tally with statement
- Other account and ad hoc tasks

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess minimum 2 years of work experience in Procurement related roles, fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in written & verbal English
- Required skill(s): MS Office Excel, Word, Autocount Accounting Software and computer literate
- Willing to learn & upscale your knowledge and experience
- Great people management & communication skills. Able to manage stakeholders internally & externally
- Strong attention to details & someone who is meticulous & organized at work
- Good in planning & organizing work well

**Salary**: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Procurement management: 2 years (preferred)
