**Responsibilities**:

- Assist superior to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial & confidential administrative tasks efficiently in corporate matters.
- Act as the point of contact between the superior and suppliers/ clients/ consultants.
- Manage diary and schedule/ prepare meetings and appointments. Take dictation and minutes.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefing.
- Devise and maintain systematic office filing system both electronic & physical copy.
- Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as given from time to time, includes administrative issue.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess at least a Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience and experience working in a Property Development Company or Legal Firm would be an added advantage
- Good in written and spoken of English & Mandarin and must be able to translate English Chinese/vice versa
- Self-motivated,Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills; Computer Literate.
