**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with any initial inquiries, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products offered, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
- Handle payment transactions, process gift vouchers, and manage membership inquiries and sign-ups.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the spa’s reputation for excellence.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa policies, services, and promotions, effectively communicating these to clients.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation and coordination of client services, sharing relevant client information as necessary.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collect and manage client feedback, contributing to service improvements and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using booking and payment software systems.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the spa’s operating hours.
- A passion for wellness and a basic understanding of spa treatments and products.
