**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations management, ideally in the training or education sector.
- Knowledge of training approaches and industry trends is an advantage.
- Excellent time management and organizing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of ensuring accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Malaysian citizens.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage logistics for training sessions, such as venue reservations, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Handle participants' enrollment and registration process, which includes communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that training programs are delivered smoothly.
- Prepare training materials and resources, such as handouts, presentations, and video materials.
- Assist in developing and carrying out operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency.
- Maintain precise records and databases about training sessions, participants, and vendors.
- Provide administrative support, such as meeting scheduling, report preparation, and inquiry handling.
- Monitor operational budgets and expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Address any operational challenges or issues raised during training sessions and give prompt solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
