- Manage vendor relationships, contract and performance.
- Provide data-driven analysis on sourcing and supply.
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, tracking budgets and cost saving measures.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchase order, received stock and invoices.
- Maintain filling of all purchase documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and place order needs.
- Physical stock taken quarterly (stock take).
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance customer experience.
- Analyzing market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and sourcing food supplies.
- Familiar and communicate in English with all suppliers:
- Alibaba
- Taoboa
- Managing the "Store Hub BackOffice" and POS System regarding pictures, menus and prices.
- Discuss matters related to suppliers through Zoom meetings, especially for new products.
- Managing the process of printing shirts, banting, posters, menus until completion.
- Liaising with the contractors involved for the maintenance of the cafe's electricity & plumbing system.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by Supervisor.
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma /Degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mind-set and proactive approach.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Available to come to the office & cafe if needed.
