Accounts & Sales Admin Executive

We are food manufacturing company searching for a motivated Accounts & Sales Administrative Executive who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional mathematics, communication and time management skills. Your role will be mainly on assisting the Accounting Department on invoicing, product data entry, processing, and recording transactions, clerical and administrative tasks. You will also liaise with sales team on orders received, promotional sales and co-ordination with logistics to ensure timely delivery. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.
**Responsibilities**:
Providing support to the Accounting Department & work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager.
Besides above mentioned, also in performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, sales order related, etc.
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in the sales related tasks, etc
Clerical and administrative works
**Requirements**:
A minimum of diploma holder in related field with preference to previous basic accounting experience
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good mathematic calculations and sense is essential.
**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month to start based on experience
Promotion & Increament : Base on work performance
**Education**:
- Diploma in Business Accounting or similar
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
**Skills**:
- Knowledge on accounting software (preferred)
- Proficent in Ms Word & Ms Excel
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (Compulsory)
- English (Compulsory)
**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
