**What will you be engaged in?**
As our new **Personal Assistant**, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist CFO on secretarial duties such as managing electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary, arranging meetings and appointments, and compiling documents for meetings.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Top Management.
- Ensure CFO is well prepared for meetings by preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Ensure compliance to all internal processes in relation to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and submission of all requisite forms, returns and documents with the relevant regulatory bodies within the stipulated deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for both business and personal activities of CFO.
- Able to handle boards with minimum supervision.
- Support ad-hoc task when required.

- Excellence in verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Korean.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate secretarial practice.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
