Role Proficiency:
Experienced team member of the Procurement team having products knowledge competitive Vendor data base products availability products delivery schedule with high levels of independence in carrying out work within a framework and guide team members. Lead the team in managing and handling the entire procurement functions across the organization globally.

Outcomes:

- Ensure team members are taking actions on time for Purchase Requests allocated to them.
- Supervising team members performance.
- Make sure Purchase Orders are approved on time.
- Support the team as and when they need.
- Negotiations with all vendors for getting best deal for the organization.
- Conducting team meetings on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all team members are attending the weekly meetings.
- Scheduling meeting with all internal stake holders as and when required.
- Scheduling meeting with all external vendors and suppliers etc. as and when required.
- Obtaining approval from Purchase committee / information based on value of transaction.
- Approving all Purchase Orders on time.
- Submission of time sheet on a weekly basis.
- Handling audit queries

Measures of Outcomes:

- As per the schedule - Daily.
- As per the committed deadline.
- SLA Adherence strictly for approving Purchase Orders.
- PR-PO process adherence to audit compliance.
- Cost Savings on Vendor negotiation between 12-16%.
- Vendor adherence as per the policy guidelines.
- Approvals in place from Purchase committee for high value transactions.
- Meeting the expected deliverables.
- Within the stipulated SLA mentioned in the Policy.
- As per the Policy and Process guidelines.
- Increase in vendor data base.
