Finance & Account Manager 财务经理

**主要职责**
1. 编制工资单、损益表和资产负债表报告。
2. 保存发票、付款等记录。
3. 监督和处理日常会计工作。
4. 有效管理现金流,满足业务需求,控制支出和现金流。
5. 监督及时准确的财务报表、年终账目和法定账目的编制和列报。
6. 检查财务记录是否准确。
7. 处理所有与银行业务有关的工作。
8. 通过银行转账、现金、支票等各种方式付款,并记录付款情况。
9. 报税和库存处理。
10.决算、协助审计、维护分类账、维护固定资产账目以及开展所有其他会计活动。
11. 处理零用金。
12. 确保遵守会计和税法。
13. 就税务相关报告和提交事宜与税务代理联络。
14. 向团队成员或下属委派职责,提供明确的指示和完成时限。
**职位要求**
- 金融/会计学士学位。
- 具备会计/财务知识,有 5 - 10 年工作经验。
- 精通中英文,中英文均可作为工作交流语言。
- 积极主动、细心、责任心强、诚恳认真、目标感强、有领导力。

**Main Duties/ Responsibilities**:
- Preparing the payroll, profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, etc.
- Oversee and handle day-to-day accounting.
- Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational requirements and control expenditure and cash flow.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements, year-end accounts, and statutory accounts.
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
- Handling all banking-related works.
- Making payments through various modes like bank transfer, cash, cheques, etc, and keeping track of them.
- Tax reporting and inventory processing.
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
- Handling petty cash.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Liaise with Tax agent on tax-related reports and submissions.
- Delegate responsibilities to team members or subordinates, providing clear instructions and timelines for completion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Accountancy/finance knowledge with 5 - 10 years of experience.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, both can be used as working communication languages.
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible, sincere, earnest, and strong sense of purpose, and leadership.
